The laboratory I've been corresponding with is licensed and according to materials they have sent, they can provide any expert witnesses needed if needed. But after reading your comment I'm not sure this would be sufficient. I wonder if I might need to partner with a local doctor?. I think there could be a market for some type of "mobile" collection service that could travel to the subject's home or office. Or, more importantly, do you think there might be a market?
