You think he should be cut some slack though, to me that makes you his friend. You are in agreement with him.
I don't think anyone should be cut slack who stiffs abstractors.
Why is he trying to get it approved to destroy records? Because he has something to hide.
He doesn't want it known that he was paid for the work all these abstractors did for him. And then spent the money on something else
He is a criminal pure and simple. He needs to be held accountable for his actions.
And how do you know it would ever be put in front of a jury?
I am not an attorney/judge but I think a judge has the authority to override an jury's decision if he feels justice is not being served.
