I was called today by Norma Hildenbrand, an attorney with the US Trustees Program with the Dept. of Justice. She had contacted me because of a letter I had written to Judge Deller re Express. (I'm a creditor.) A group of creditors was set up to represent the creditors as a whole. They have selected an attorney. He is Michael Roeschenthaler of McGuire Woods, Dominion Tower, 625 Liberty Ave, 23rd floor, Pittsburgh 15222. His phone is 412-667-7905. Norma called me (and has called some other creditors) because she is investigating the accounting and management practices of Express and Richard Fuchs. Some creditors have complained that they were hired close to or even on the same day as Express closed. Others have complained that the money designated for them as independent contractors was used for other purposes. She wants to hear from anyone who has information about questionable accounting or management practices at Express. Her information is below.
