Sorry to ruffle your feathers, Scott. I didn't intend to insult anyone. However, I got the impression from your earlier post on this thread that you were not interested in discussing or understanding the securitization problem. To me, your post was a sarcastic over-simplification that kind of just put an end to any serious conversation on the matter. Not that I don't appreciate a little sarcastic humor now and them, but it does tend to deter any meaningful discussions.
We have a lot of discussion on these forums about non-paying clients. Those are useful, but not of the type that improves our understanding of the industry. I get a lot of email on various topics that would make excellent forum posts. Unfortunately, many do not feel comfortable posting in the forums because they see so many topics made fun of and dismissed.
Perhpas that wasn't your intention, but it would be nice if we fostered an environment where more people felt compelled to make more meaningful contributions to the forums. As Wanda pointed out, the post was viewed more than 300 times and nobody seemed to express any interest in delving further into the topic.
