Oh man - don't get me started!  Many of our clients will cut seperate checks for service fees and copy fees.  Many checks we recieve have the companies name on the check but not on the stub that lists the invoices they are paying.  One company pays all service fees weekly but requires us to fill out their specific form monthly to report all copy fees on all orders.  Another company will pay one invoice with three seperate checks ...
