There are many ways to contact our company.  I know that personally I am here everyday Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm.  I do NOT understand why you were unable to contact us.  We have two phone line and two fax lines that are free to call anytime.  You can also contact Wayne directly on his cell phone or email us.  Payment sometimes may take longer than other times, but I promise Wayne Brown always pays. 

I check the voicemail at least twice a day and respond to all matters.
