The below was sent to yants this morning.
I don't believe that I am at all out of line with my request for proof of completion or my request to be informed when searches become more difficult and costly. Had yant ask me to meet them some place in the middle on the over charges I would have. This type of post is outrageous I have never not paid a single person and if charges could not be agreed on I have always comprised. Unreal that this now is a legal matter. Unreal. I would have worked it out if they would have only helped me do so and not been so abusive over the last two days on the phone. Best of luck to them.

The following is an email they had been sent this AM after an abusive phone call.

The below statement is entirely false. Please notice the CC line above as we are making this a legal matter now. You have been finished with a check # and receipt. We have stopped and reissued on check for you already. As for the over charging with out approval. That is stated on our forms that we must be contacted any time you need to increase a free. Regarding the file that was canceled. You have been asking on many accusations to simply furnish proof that it was finished. We stated that if proof was furnished you would be paid. We have been asking for said proof or 3 months now. A case of slander and liable will be started with out a full retraction of all print untruths as well as full retraction of all spoken as well. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

We when so fare as to ask you to call us when the mail came in to make sure you had the check. I then offered to overnight you on if you did not have it.
