This company is notorious for these actions. They run up a bill for a couple of months and move on to another abstractor and do the same thing, run up another bill. I finally called the owner, who gave ne some story about them waiting to get paid from their sources. Once I did get paid, they tried to do the same thing to me again, until I got wise to their actions. Also they were looking to get the cheapest fees they could find, while I did all the work.
