Kevin,   Thanks for the wealth of info,  BUT I think in most cases many of
us do not know where / how to find out the info you said we need to know
about "the law of agency" for our states.   Beyond that I think many of
those seeing your post don't want to expend the time to pursue some
of the "non-paying rats" mentioned on these posts.  Also, any suggestion
that they get a lawyer to handle it would fall on empty wallets ( because
it sounds like they are under capitalized as a business) and don't have
a paper cup to _iss in.
