Oh, such a harsh punishment.  Let me get this right,

I refuse the test, have license suspended, then get a
license (permit) to drive to work, so I'm back on the
road like before (really a punishment), then if I
get caught (slim chance) of driving out of the
hours restrictions, I only get 30 days.  No dang
wonder so many are killed, maimed by the
drunks.   How do they ever get a 2nd or
3rd DUI charge if no test can (will) be done
because the cops are so damn lazy?
Sounds like the law almost puts you (lawyers)
out of business, because prosecutors have
a hard time proving drunk driving.
