Sorry, Document Retrieval has not taught you abstracting and I double online courses will either.  It is more complex than an online course can teach.  You will need to go to work for a title company to learn "the trade" of abstracting.  The times and what your area pays for title searches, like Kevin says, aren't the best to get into the abstracting field anyways.
