Today it says "35,000" a month- I don't believe that at all- and they also say they will "chase down the abstractors" to get the titles in on time!!   So with all of this alleged work , they are saying that the companies they do work for continue to be "busy"- I don't believe that either, unless they are doing foreclosure work right now. I recently did a case that was bank owned, Well's Fargo , which is part of the Deutch Bank system, I believe- in the last two months they have recorded over 120 trustees deeds in one of the counties I do work in(PW)- so much for them not wanting to "own" real estate !
