Sheryl: Your post seems to contradict Rob Robinson's posts of 4-30-08 on here- odd how there can be so differing of the "way things are"- But there are more posts indicating your position than  of his also- the general consensus of the more recent posts is that he should just give up on that company as it has way too much bad baggage that is following it- and I tend to agree- why start up with a heavy debt load and reputation for leaving abstractors with unpaid bills and a lot of resentment that goes along with that kind of company policy.
