Judy and Steve,

That's the difference between the world that fails (bureaucracy) and the world that works (the private sector).  It's also the theme of "Real Change", a book by Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House of Representatives.  I read an excerpt on Amazon.com, and his main point is that America is not as divided as we've been led to believe.  Based upon that premise, he also proposes real solutions to the challenges we are facing today.  I like what I've read so far.
