Robert from what we can see, the current housing market is affecting what types of searches we are receiving more than anything else. We are still doing a higher percentage of RTV searches over purchases. Our volume has remained high and we can see a steady growth everyday. It does appear those that need to refinance are doing so. Personally, the fall out from the market is doing more damage to abstractors through non-payment from their clients, who are trying to save their skin, than from anything else.

Who knows though, tomorrows another day.
