George you are rude and shouldn't call anyone a dummy.  Your replies should be constructive and not a name calling session.

You never dealt with this business and do not know the full extent of  my conversations with the owner.  First of all, he did not have the money to pay upfront.  Second, he always ended up paying me in full, it just took months. Third, Lee Fraser is a very nice man who means well.

Lastely, I do take responsibility for taking on his work again, knowing full well, I might encounter the same payment problems.  However, I'm still entitled to be paid and voice my displeasure in the meantime.  Infact, he called me yesterday, after my posting on Title Soucre, to assure me a check was in the mail.  He apologized for the delays in payment.
