I hope so too Michaela. Brentwood, your neighborhood, my neighborhood are not isolated instances.  I posted and asked my question because we see and hear so much conflicting information. I think that if everyone of us stopped and looked around they would find the same situation in their own neighborhood. All these people who are being foreclosed on have lost their ability to purchase another home for a very long time... their credit is trashed. If you think about it.. they are the consumers who we rely on for our work.

What is going on in your area of Maine Monica? How about Texas David? Tennesee? S. Carolina Smitty? I would be curious to know what real statistics Jared could come up with because we all know that the ones we are being told are not accurate.
