Always be carefull whom you do work for, it is your responsibility to assure yourself that your clien can pay for the service you provide. Pursue a collection method that does not defame a party, but one which encourges them to remit to you. I am sure you have done that and are just frustrated at them.

What is wrong with your list is some of these entities may have same or similar entity names that were not your non-paying clients and you cast a cloud on them as well. They may get angry and decide to judicially prevent you from doing harm to thier reputation.
