Rob Arnold is a man of his word.

I had read an article Rob himself had posted on the Source of Title web site about paying his vendors from his debunked Absolute Properties Company.  He claimed to have dedicated himself to the pursuit of chasing down dead beat clients for payment and in turn, passing those proceeds onto his vendors.  I had done work for Absolute properties and never got paid back in 2006.   I thought his article was just a bunch of crap, but emailed him anyway.  I thought I would take a chance and see if this guy was for real.

To my shock, he called me seconds after I had sent the email.  He apologized for the delay in payment and thought it must have been an oversight that I wasn’t contacted earlier.  We then had a nice conversation where he explained his hardships with getting paid himself.   I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me.  Then the following week, I had a check for full payment in my hand.  Yet, another shocker.  He truly is a man of his word and is trying to make good on his promises.  I applaud Rob Arnold and thank him for his integrity.
