That is very odd... the site lists the Registered Agent as: NONE.  Isn't that required in NY - I thought every state required a registered agent in order to incorporate.  In Ohio, I believe that you have to have a registered agent who is domiciled in Ohio.  I'm sure NY has some way of dealing with this, but who would you serve if you were to sue a company with no registered agent?
