Cate, What info do they supply to you besides the name?
Birthdate, SS #, sex,
How much does the court clerk charge you per name they
check?
Do you carry any special E & O for this part of your
business??? What if you report a "hit" and it turns
our to be a name close to the name they gave you,
but it's not the right person, ie: John Smith,
Tom Jones????
