I'm confused. Qualia is a software platform targeted at Title and Settlement agents. Many of those agents ask their vendors to join the MarketPlace so that they can more easily receive search results. However, that requires the vendor to pay a fee and in some case to type the results into the portal. What were you hoping to get from Qualia? Referrals to new title agent customers?
