In our county, the ROD may be kind enough to show /tell her taxpayers how to type their names into the computer.  Most people are smart enough to type their names and see if any "recent docs" appear.    I know you are a professional, but most people who give a rip about their homes, can lean the basics.  If their names does not show up with new docs, equals safety, without paying the price of a search.
