I can help you in Georgia.  I have a dude (as opposed to a dudette) who covers the state for me, actually traveling and spending the night where he needs to.  I get a lot of tower searches and a fair bit of commercial/solar in Georgia that I hand off to him.  He's AWESOME.

I don't do oil/gas, however, as that is really an apples and oranges situation.  As someone who spent more than a year doing o/g in Pennsylvania (and 20+ years in the mortgage end of this business) I know that they just are not compatible.  There are UNIQUE situations in every state and mortgage abstractors don't know that.  I can get you an oil/gas Landman in Michigan and could probably reach out to some old friends to find a Landman in other states.
