Hi, thank you for posting. We were receiving funds from "Plastiq", just a credit card company.  I had four months of them paying larger amounts on time, so when September was not paid in the 30 day terms I was not overly concerned. Until, same as you, they wert silent so I suspended their account right away. Dang!
