Brilliant!! You're absolutely right about all of the above. We do not work with nonpayers.  I was recently pleasantly surprised to find a new law firm I picked up remitted payment as soon as the invoice was sent to them NOT when the funds cleared or when the loan disbursed but right away!! They are staying on our large, oh too-large list of clients and the slow payers probably are not!! 

I am learning to make sure we are treated right.  We offer a high-quality product that takes a ltitle extra time and we're worth it.
