This discussion has diverted from it's original intent of discussing the pros or cons of on-line systems and how they could save us lots of money by not having to drive those gas hogs all over to do our work, and has all  the looks of just a personal attack on how I do my business. I don't care to be dragged into that kind of discussion. I have worked in this business for over 30 years and done work for every major title  company, done tens of thousands of title examinations and not once, never has any company or settlement person ever disputed what I have done or the accuracy of the alleged documents that I provide with my searches- they all come from the clerk's office, one way or the other.

I end this with the hopes that it will be of some benefit to someone that reads it and see that this has gone off topic , just a bit- my apologies for that.
