Since the posting issues (techinical on SOT), I got tired of re-typing.

Your  "I am very skeptical of companies that "reorganize" and then claim that all of those delinquent invoices do not belong to them.  Especially in light of their apparent success and strong cash flow." comment is not reality.

Yes there is ONE corporation.  Yes, a few people out of hundreds have posted concerns about the corporation.  Yes, I KNOW some were absolutly false.  but I am not representing the Corporation as such.

I am trying to revive a division of the corp and things are looking good. WHERE DID YOU EVER SEE A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT BERTRUM SETTLEMENTS?

You can be skeptical all you want, but in this site, with your vision - I wish you would look at the broader picture...... and WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO...and NOT just always take the side of Abstractors that sometimes do not explain they did not perform to THEIR end of a 'contract'.

We are all in this together.  The TITLE COMPANY is not the enemy. 

Heck, I saw some shots in here today (ok, Thursday - claiming so and so is a NOT PAY..... then 4 people said  'huh?  they love the company'.  

It would be nice if you blogged something about truth , honesty and the American way when using SOT, as it's very obvious that people are 'abusing it' to cover for their own mistakes. Just a suggestion to keep credibility in here.
