Hello Mr.Grandon, I never claimed I did work for your company or you were a bad company. However your not the type of client we would expect to ever work for. We are accustomed to working with clients based on our payment terms. Our clients know that without a good title search they don't have a business. Remember the examiner is the back bone of your business.

             Our clients also know that we will do whatever we can to get their work back with quick tat since we want to get as much on our "weekly invoice" as we can , But if a title needs extra time , quality overides tat  (We do understand if they lose work it is less work for us).

             Most examiner's that post complaint's out here of not being paid seem to have client's like yourself who want to be billed monthly and to pay a month later. Now you may be the exception to the rule( You say you have never stiffed an examiner) , But If you have been out here since "2004" you know the same thing happens over and over again , Alot of time's to the the same people( If you dont remember history , You are condemed to repeat it). I can't speak for all who posted on that tread , But for me I don't like to see examiners get burnt and I commented not against your company but the" practice" of many companies who take advantage of the hard working examiner who make the least profit but do most of the work and are the last to get paid. Now when a company goes bust or has financial problems it is the examiner that take the loss because everyone else was paid.

             So to wrap this up, Please make sure we are not on your vendor list unless you agree to the following.  Weekly payments , Fast tat when we can ( we do everything in our powers but make no promises), All completed titles that are cancelled get paid "in full" and are to paid with that weeks invoice ( if title is not complete at the the time it is cancelled we may give you a pro-rated price at our discretion) and our "base prices" range from $100.00 (most refi's) to $165.00 (most residential full's) plus copies, all work will be emailed . We do not negotiate our price's and our payment terms. I MUST BE PAID!!!!
