Scott, calm your hysteria....the sky is not falling. No one is asking you to compromise your scruples by either funding or participating in it. The Husky plan has worked successfully for years. If the Charter Oak Plan is administered in the same way it will probably also work successfully. Until there is a reasonable basis for the failure of the plans...you prognostications and the opinions upon you base them are as reliable as consulting the omens through a crystal ball.
