Loretta: For those of us not in the "know" ,what is "IREP"? So that we may avoid any dealings with them in the future also- since they are undermining your business , or so it appears. Personally, I would not do their recordings, since that is all part of doing the title- let them figure out how they are going to do it also. Unless it is something that makes money for you . of course.
