I had one of my first clients that has been with me since day one(2004) recently reduce my volume to almost a dead stand still, and are sending my work to a low-baller.  This is a large VM that I had completed many special and rush jobs for in the past. I always used to go out of my way to accomidate them. This low baller is doing current owners for $25 in most of my counties. The only time I see work from my former #1 is when the title is loaded with judgments or is a mulit,inter-family transfer that go back to B.C...... Normally,. their work was very clean, fairly new and simple. I told the VM that I could not meet his cost,but would consider giving a break if he could guarantee a certain volume(10 searches per week). He couldn't do it. One thing he said to me still rings in my ears.... " We cannot afford to be loyal"
