Douglas and Diane- for those of us that do not work in Ohio- what it the "statutory period for after acquired liens"?  and is that the answer to Robert's question? He asks how long would you run that name in the indexes- he does not ask you to do a title search .
As for the second question, I take it you do not bother to look for releases from the prior owner when doing a CO search- isn't that kind of risky, especially in todays atmosphere of short and or no searches being done by the "cheapest title in town guys"a
And the third question is almost like the first one- are you answering the question or just a blanket answer about the statutory period time.

This is only to understand how things are done in Ohio- looks a lot different from what we do on the East coast-
