We had no problem supporting Truclose's needs. It was a holiday, we have draw down accounts in many counties for emergencies JUST LIKE THIS.
Diane, I'm confused, (and i really like your various blogs) ...what's the big deal here? A client (consumer) has a need, TruClose has insurance if there is an issue with the search and simply asked for help, we have insurance if there is an issue with the search and are willing to help almost anyone.
Sometimes the 'risk' is worth the reward. Perhaps someone is now in a home. And the Title is CLEAN as clean can be. Isn't that a wonderful thing?
