Well it was a great thing, additionally I think Suffolk's system was doomed to fail anyway because of the way they had it set up, it wasn't user friendly at all.
Believe you me I am VERY HAPPY that they aren't going on line, the only county I cover in New York that is on line is Westchester, but its a paying site, I think most companies only out source work on non-paying sites, like ACRIS in the NY Boroughs, and then you only get the work that requires going to the counties, I quit doing the NY Boroughs a couple years ago because of this, I would have been willing to take it as long as I got all of their "other" work as well.
