Having read all the above statements-I am amazed that you are all amazed.  Working in Michigan is pathetic.  The few really populous counties we have are constantly in flux.  There is one company in particular who is constantly low-balling everyone.  But the costs incurred , especially in Wayne County, can be astronomical because they do not ever reference their documented files the same way twice.  there are so many ways to search on a property and spelling is always an issue since we seem to have a veritable melting pot here-with the Indians, the Arabs, The Caldeans, etc., etc.

I guess my really big gripe are the VM companies.  You give them the best years of our lives and they just sc--- you over and over and over.  As the "old man" in Oliver stated it "....money money money by the pound!"  And they expect loyalty-but won't give it!  What a crock of ....!  Sorry, its just so frustrating here now and it doesn't look  like it will turn around any time soon!
