"Bogus Claims about Notary Errors".

If the company claims there is an "error" in the notartization block by the Notary Public and the notarization was performed according to your state laws, fax the company a copy of the laws/statutes that apply.

If this is not in connection with the services under your laws that a Notary Public can perform, please remember to word your subject line as a "abstractor,"  "signing agent," "closing agent" or "settlement agent" error.  Not a critcism, just that your subject line makes it appear that the company is complaining about the work product of Notaries Public, not abstractors or signing/ closing agents who have a different set of responsibilities and obligations.

Although I find your post important, I believe the majority of readers on this forum are title abstractors or related to the title abstracting industry and would be far more interested in the title abstracting issues that you are having with companies.
