Thank you both ... I did kinda use the kid as a sympathy ploy didn't I?

I do sometimes feel guilty as a new comer to the industry (only 10 years), and sometimes I feel guilty for the type of work we do.  We only operate in three very large metropolitain areas where the business is cut-throat and we have pretty much done what we had to do to survive.

We have yet to lay-off anyone, and everyone still has thier benefits - I count that as a win in this economy ... if only I slept more.
