It's true, it's true. I get calls often. ATM, GAC, Old Republic are all asking for these fees for a current owner search. Needless to say, I don't do work for that price but GAC will sometimes meet my fee when they want a "rush".  ATM has been gone from my mouth for a long, long time.

$25 and $35 always include the copies too. UGH!
