Welcome Bonnie-It looks like all seven of your posts are here for the entire SOT participants to comment on- sometimes it takes a while for input to show up- most of the title abstractors and examiners have to drive to court houses and different counties all day long, so they can't comment until they get back to an office or home. There are a few(not very vocal few) , like me, that do our work from on line systems and have the luxury of sitting at a computer and save all that gas money for something else.You will undoubtedly find there is a division between the two ways of doing things-old & new- progress always has obstacles to overcome- but we are working on it, slowly.
