Agreed.  This is a community and we need to stand together and defend ourselves - including honest agents, abstractors and closers - against users and abusers.

Don't be afraid to make a phone call.  All insurance regulators are in high gear right now and looking for evidence to shut down bad guys.  You can help clean up the business and make it a safe place to work.  Help them help you.
