I am not certain what all the hoopla is about Rob Arnold.  I do know that there was an erroneous printing in the ALTA news magazine, Title News showing him as the owner of MY new company, 4HourAbstract, Inc..  I am happy to say that they are printing a retraction both ONLINE and in Print,  due to the error, and all the grief I am getting.  Here is the link to their site that their web guy gave me: www.alta.org/publications/titlenews/08/2008.cfm

I met you at the Naltea conference in Florida, and it was my pleasure.  It was a great experience and I was hoping that Naltea could help me more with my business.  I know that Source of Title did.  But I remain sincere in my belief that these forums are often a great source of gossip and misinformation...and I would encourage people to have more faith in one another.  When abstractors have banded together, we have helped to make pricing changes and policy changes.

I jumped in to this thread because of this company abstractorwatchdog.com.  When I found that for less than $5.00 A YEAR, I could find out who is not paying abstractors...that is less than it costs me for the 2 dozen phone calls I will have to make to an errant payer.  To me, THAT is the bottom line.
