Kevin,

What I did with this company last year (it was also the last time I ever heard from them) is I gave them some outrageous price like $200 for a current owner search and said take it or leave it and that is my pirce for all counties I cover in NJ and NY, they have never called me again.

They had been calling me now and then to do searches for them and I wasn't interested.

 

Try that next time they call and I am certain you won't evr hear from them again!
