I'm inclined to agree with Catherine. This seems as if they are more interested in having someone teach them how to abstract online. Call me skeptical, but after all the years that title companies and agents have been writing policies on short searches and using thin plants, I don't buy into this sudden concern with quality. Just one man's opinion.
