DON'T DO IT.........it took me several months to ever get paid and once they finally paid them I told them to remove me from their vendor list......well after probably 6 months they called me last week wanting me to "help them out" and do a search that an abstractor had left them hanging on....I went into all the reasons why I was not interested in doing work for a company that you have to constantly call and email for payment and how I wanted to be removed from their list again.....then the guy shocked me by asking me if I knew any abstractors he could call that would help them out and I just laughed and asked him why in the world would I do that to someone
