Source of Title Forums: Re: GROUND RENT CHAIN WITH LEASE

I'm in Maryland. I located the Lease which I had to go back to 1953 to find it. But it did pop up after I referenced the Book and Page number within the Deeds. When I see a Ground Rent for a certain amount that's due annually. I'll search for the Lease. So far so good. However,
