Had them as a client and they kept expecting me to take a loss on copies, spamming me with emails when I would tell them that a certain day is the only time I could get to the one courthouse, then the day I was heading to the courthouse (an hour away) they kept spamming with emails asking for me to send it over (the courthouse wasn't open yet and I was on my way there), spamming me with emails at 11:38pm when I asked to stop emailing me so late and then they continued to email me and then late payments for work.
