Just a heads-up to fellow abstractors: I received a vendor request from a company called Aspire Signature asking for my pricing list, E&O, and W-9. Based on previous experiences and industry chatter, this appears to be an untrustworthy operation, their number never works. Several vendors have reported being ghosted after completing work and not receiving payment. Please proceed with caution and do your due diligence before engaging.
