Since Covid my business of 24 years has taken a major hit. During Covid in Pennsylvania when the state courthouses were closed for a month, the state directed the courthouses to put everything online and they paid for it. Since then, I do about 17% of the volume I used to do prior to Covid! India is now back in with both feet and at least 3 of my former nationwide clients pulled their searchers in house to cover multiple states and are using AI to generate reports.
