They work like charms, when used properly.  There is much to learn about this law, when dealing with what abstracters deal in.   Asset Backed Securities.

 You as a licensee are mandated to report corruption, that's why you are given a license with a full background check.   If you are reporting while being licensed, you can not get paid as a whistleblower, because of your duty to report.
